Everything is now in our new house and we no longer have to go back to the old one in McMinnville. Thankfully we were able to get it all moved in one trip and we had everything in the new house by 2:30 on Saturday afternoon. THANK YOU to all who helped. We really couldn't have done it without you! Nathan, you are pretty brave for venturing out the next day for a ski trip. We were pretty sore from the move and I don't think we could have gone skiing the next day like you did. Good on ya!
Our internet, phone and TV are all hooked up and I just purchased a few items for the kids' bathroom today. I prepped the main level bathroom today for painting by taping the ceiling. We need to do a Costco run today and then we should be all stocked-up on food again. We need to tackle our closet tonight because our clothes is just laying all over the floor in there. I CAN'T WAIT to be organized again. This is driving me crazy!
On the bright side, my daddy is coming this weekend! I will get to see him in 2 more sleeps. He will be coming down Thursday night and staying until Sunday. We might have to get him to help us move some things around (i.e. our piano...haha!)
Jeremy took Maya to the park while I cooked dinner last night. The park is about 10 houses away from ours which is such a blessing. This neighborhood is filled with young families so I'm sure we will really enjoy living here for a while.
As I close, I just want to say congratulations to my friends Patti and Tim in Calgary on the birth of their second son, Ethan Michael Armstrong. He is a beautiful little brother to Conner:
