The Counting Holy Roller and The Sensitive Stud

Is it strange that my daughter carries her New Testament with her wherever she goes and my son likes to play with his sister's doll? I was trying to get Maya downstairs for lunch while she was screaming for her "BIBLE" that I had left upstairs. Does she really think that there is someone in her lunch bowl that she can witness to? Now, about Declan - he is usually interested in playing with his trucks but today I caught a glimpse of him playing with Maya's baby doll. I don't know if he thinks it is a real baby or not but it was just strange to see a little boy with a doll. In any case, this house is never less than interesting!

Jeremy's sister is here from Indiana and we have had a couple of good play dates with her and the kids. She has a 13 month old son who just so happens to be the same size as our 7 month old Declan. Here are Tiffany's kids with Maya and Declan (two cousins were missing from the photo):

Here is a shot of the entire Williams Family:

This is BBQ season and we happend to see some old friends down in McMinnville this past weekend. Here is Declan with one of his little girlfriends, Peyton:

And one more of Maya getting ready to slide down her slide into the tunnel:

I heard Maya counting her toys a few days ago and she managed to make it to 6 before she started making up numbers. Now I am trying to get her to count to 6 in Spanish and French. Let's see if it sticks!

What a great looking bunch - make no wonder the kids are gorgeous! But I'm bias anyway.

It's nice that Maya is getting interested in her Bible so young. I'm sure though, she probably doesn't know what a Bible is from a Stephen King novel (ha). And as for Declan.....you don't have to worry, boys do like to play with girls stuff sometimes and vice versa. Great pictures!
