Stripped

Blood Pressure: 110/60
Baby's Heart Rate: 135
Fundal Measurement: 37 cm
Weight Gain To Date: 23 lbs
Changes: Pelvic pain and Cramps

The doctor stripped my membranes today and I didn't even have to ask her to do it. I am now 4cm and 60% effaced so the doctor thinks that I will have this baby within the next day or two. If not, I have to call the birthing center at 11pm on Sunday evening to see if they have room for me and then I will go in after 12am (Monday morning) to have the baby by an induction. So the good news is that we will have the baby by Monday sometime - if not sooner! I am so thankful that I don't have to wait another week! When Jeremy comes home today, he will be off work for 2 weeks.....YAY!!!

Yippeee!!!

(The last of the belly pictures)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my nephew Michael Elijah Spanos who is turning 1 year old today! Hope you have fun at your party. We will be thinking of you.

You look so big. That baby is gonna have a back pack already on his back ready to go to school!!! You look great. I will be checking often for updates. Good luck, you don't need it, but what else do you say to someone going into labor soon. Oh, I will pray things go well and really quick.

So they aren't going to make you wait as long this time! Well I hope the stripping helps get you moving this weekend and no induction would be nice (in my opinion from the difference of my 2 labours I had, no induction the 2nd time with Logan was much NICER, less painful to start at least)

Yeah! Come on baby before Monday. Not having to be induced is much nicer but whatever has to happen you know that we will be praying for you. Can't wait to hear the news.

I personally didn't find the induction so bad. It was water breaking that made for the hardest labour, but everyone is different. Either way you are gonna have a baby real soon! Good luck. Praying everything goes well!
