The seller countered our offer, so we counter-countered her offer. I feel like we are part of the HGTV show Property Virgins! We should hear more later today. If our counter-counter is accepted, we may have to move sooner than we had planned. EEEK - We better start packing!

I am thinking of you. I hated waiting on pins and needles. It's like you dont' want to leave the house cause you are afraid you will miss something and you stare at the phone saying come on come on. call me for crying out loud
