We took the kids to the pumpkin patch in Canby yesterday. We took the ferry across the river, which by the way only holds 6 cars, and Maya wanted to get out of her seat to see the water. Unfortunately, the ferry ride only took 2 minutes and it would have taken that long to get her out of her carseat. But I think she enjoyed the ferry just the same. Declan's favorite was the train at the pumpkin patch and Maya loved climbing the gigantic hay-stack. She almost made it to the top before we discovered she was up there all by herself. A little bit scary! We had a really fun day though and ate lots of carmel popcorn:)

Looks like you guys had a great time! I love the pumpkin patch, but I can never seem to get very good pictures. I assume its because my kids are all shooting off in 3 different directions! Ah well..
I wish we had gone to our pumpkin place. I'm not sure why we didn't. Looks like a lot of fun.
And about the adults dressing up for the party, on the invitation I said adults had to dress up to stay. They all got into it. I was impressed.
I should try that next year:)
